Sarah is an experienced Special Counsel at Health Legal. Clients rely on Sarah’s extensive commercial experience, her efficiency and often, on her frankness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics
- Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property
Sarah has extensive experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial agreements including supply and service agreements, IT and software agreements, leasing including Crown leasing and building and construction contracts. She also has experience in due diligence (particularly in the context of health service amalgamations), tendering and procurement agreements and government funding agreements.
Sarah has particular expertise in intellectual property. Sarah has a graduate diploma in Intellectual Property and has advised extensively on ownership and protection of intellectual property.
Prior to joining Health Legal, Sarah worked at large national and international law firms both in Melbourne and London.
The types of clients Sarah has worked with include both public and private hospitals (metro and rural), community health services, research bodies, not for profit agencies, aged care providers and HealthShare Victoria.
