Jillian Britton
SENIOR COMPLIANCE SOLICITOR
Jillian’s role involves updating our expanding range of compliance products to reflect relevant legislative changes and amendments, conducting compliance and legal research, and assisting with compliance and legal advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (Honours)
- Bachelor of Performing Arts
- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
- Graduate Certificate in Cultural Heritage and Museums
Jillian joined Health Legal in September 2022. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Jillian was an Associate to the Honourable Justice O’Meara at the Supreme Court of Victoria. Prior to that time, Jillian practised as a solicitor in boutique law firms and gained experience across a range of areas including property, commercial, litigation and intellectual property.
Jillian also brings with her experience from working in community-based organisations, having worked, and volunteered in community legal centres.
