Giovanni has extensive experience in advising on privacy and freedom of information matters, including assisting in responses to regulators, and advising on access to medical records, consent and confidentiality.

Giovanni has expertise in relation to the Medicare scheme, and permitted arrangements for Medicare billing and private practice.

Giovanni also regularly advises on commercial and corporate governance matters, including negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts for goods and services procurement, leases, and governance documents such as company constitutions, policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Health Legal, Giovanni was a physiotherapist.  Giovanni’s health background brings practical experience to his work as a lawyer.
